Unauthorized use of information provided by us will be considered violation of law
We shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the pre-set limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time

Pre-Order Policy

A pre-order is placed only after completion of full payment.
Cancellations requests will not be accepted for Pre-Orders. Cancellation of orders is not allowed once the “Pre-Order Form” has been submitted and paid nor could it be exchanged for other items. All pre-orders made are considered as sold.
Place an order by submitting the form in the website and our Sales team will reach out to you with more details.
Shipping timeline will be shared in the email. In case of delays due to unforeseen events, it will be intimated to you through email.
Pre-orders are non-transferable. All orders made shall ship directly to the person and address specified in the pre-order form. We will not entertain such requests to protect the privacy and security of our customers.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation will be considered if a request is made within 24 hours of order placement (not applicable for Pre-Orders).
Once the request is processed, our Customer Service Team will verify a few details from you and process the refund.
In case of an approved refund, it will take 2—3 days for the refund to be processed to the customer
Please keep the product intact with original accessories and packaging, and a proof-of-purchase
Azper Science does not accept returns of used products. In case of the receipt of damaged or defective goods, reach out to our Customer Service Team. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of product. We can process the refund for such requests once the product is examined.

Return Policy

Return requests against the amount are not accepted
Replacements are provided only in case of manufacturing defects
In case of manufacturing defects, reach out to us within 24 hours of product receipt, our Customer Service Team will troubleshoot a few details and process the request

Shipping Policy

For domestic and international orders, the product will be shipped through a registered courier company
We are not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier companies
We are not liable for delivery errors due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you during the purchasing process
Delivery will be initiated to the Shipping address provided by you during the order placement
Details will be shared on the mail id provided to us.
